Bug's 8yr/baptism pictures at the beach!

PORTLAND part 2

 The drive to the coast was just over an hour- but the temperature dropped 20 degrees in that time. We came a little ill prepared. 100$ dollars and five jackets later from the outlet stores, made the coast bearable. Lydia did bravely get in, but it was really hard for her to warm up after.....

 Regardless of the cold (really really cold) we had a great time. The coast is just a  beautiful place.

 My kids are the collectors......

PORTLAND part1

 My brother is temporarily in Oregon for three months for work. So naturally we had to come down and bug him. We spent day one at the Children's Museum. Here's the proof of our fun---

 The water station was pretty cool!

 The best dads are kids :)

 There was a "crayon face coloring" station.... Bug did a sunshine, CJ had a king boo, and CB just colored on his face- I added a fishy. Here is the best picture ever of the three of them. Unfortunately they are sitting on a dinosaur with colored faces.....

 

There was so much to do, it was hard leaving. We could have been there much longer had Cole not needed a nap!
