Let Summer Begin!

Nice weather is still hit and miss, so we take advantage of the beautiful days while we have them! Can that top picture be any cuter?

Bug's LAST DAY OF 2nd GRADE!
You can always tell when it's time for summer to begin. Their jeans are too short AND have holes!
 Prepping dad's cake.
I happened to burn my cheek on a match. Ugh!
Happy Birthday Dad! We Love YOU!
Here they are doing the Coley- "FREEZE!"
It was delish, can't ya tell?!
One of Jer's client he did a design for invited us over to enjoy their backyard. Which means POOL PARTY! First swimming of the season. It was fab. They also fed us a rib dinner too!

Mother's Day

Mother's day was fabulous, as usual. Jeromy always makes it great. The Bishop ended up letting them out of meetings early, so he came home and I even got breakfast in bed. I didn't think I'd get it this year, so I was sure surprised!
The kids just LOVE taking pictures after church (not!). It was definitely forced this year, if you can't tell! They always make me something homemade, which I love.

chop. chop.

 I have finally said goodbye.
It was time.

 Chop! Chop!

It's a thang called LIFE

I was about to write that this picture (below) makes me laugh. Then I looked at the rest of the pictures, and I thought the exact same thing. I love my family!

All I can say is OUCH!

I used these mustaches for a baby shower. The kids had fun playing around. CJ asked us to put one on him while he was sleeping. Don't ask me why!!??? So we did. He didn't wake up with it on him. But we took a picture for proof that we did what he asked :)
Here is one of those RANDOM moments where each of my kid falls asleep (only once or twice) not in their own bed. I knew CB was being too quiet. Just didn't expect this!

He had taken a bath with CJ and wanted out. So I got him all dressed. Then he decided to check on Carter....and had a little fall. He wasn't sure what to think about that. I just hope it taught him a lesson!
 Double chin.
Absolutley adorable!
(well, when it's not on me!)

April Fools

Does something look backwards to you?
They woke up to find a little "switch" happened in the middle of the night!

 HAHA!
Well, I think I"m funny!

Easter

Here is my pretty princess.
(don't tell her I called her that!)
We did it a little different this year. I took Bug with me for fabric shopping and she decided she just wanted a skirt this year (boooo!). Which was a bummer for me, but actually worked out nicely. My grandmother died (my mom's mom) and the funeral was the Tuesday before Easter. That is my prime sewing time for Easter. So needless to say, a skirt was a nice'n easy project to come home to. I chose a circle skirt so Bug helped in the sewing. I bought a shirt at Target and we stamped a necklace on it. Then added a cute flower to cover up the goobers :)

Can't say I did a single thing for the boys. How can you get much cuter than that, tho?!
All three.

Must. wave. to. cars. as. they. drive. by!

Jer has 6am meetings every Sunday. So 9am church is all on me.Kind of rushed, I got a few pictures in!
Of course the annual egg coloring!

The kids had fun with kites and candy. Then after church we headed over to my parents for dinner.

Jeromy asked Carter to say something funny. As he's standing there thinking of what to say, he toots. Typical boy.

"Gross. Stop talking about girls!"

When he was three we were shopping in the store. He always had to hold whatever we bought before I could put it in the cart.
Here was our conversations while shopping one day at Walmart:
CJ "Mom, I need to go pee pee!"
Mom "We are almost done, can you just hold it?"
CJ "I can't. I'm holding  the water bottles!"
As I'm chuckling to myself he continues,
"Wait, maybe I can with my legs!"
Then he tries to squeeze his legs together, but was unsuccessful as he was sitting up front in the cart!
